Relationship Manager - Direct Channel - Insurance (2-7 yrs)

Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty towards the company.
- Prospecting and acquiring new customers through various channels, such as referrals, lead generation, and customer referrals.
- Conducting needs analysis and identifying appropriate insurance solutions to meet customers' needs and requirements.
- Preparing and presenting insurance proposals and product demonstrations to customers.
- Managing and servicing customer accounts, ensuring timely resolution of any issues and concerns.
- Providing guidance and advice to customers on policy coverage, benefits, and claims processes.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes, including regulatory changes and product updates, and communicating them to customers.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales of BFSI Products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
