Relationship Manager - Direct Channel - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility would be to manage and expand the company's relationship with existing customers and acquire new customers.
Roles :
- Handling queries of Customers death and medical claims request and its processing.
- Responsible for renewal premium collection. Handling queries of customers.
- Driving Business of Life Insurance through Employees.
- Mentoring team about handling problems of the customers and cross sell products.
- Preparation of MIS of Business,
- Preparing strategies to achieve our team target.
- Responsible for the growth of business of allocated branch
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must have min 1 year Life Insurance Sales Experience or from banking
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a team and individually.
- Knowledge of insurance products and the insurance industry.
