Relationship Manager - Direct Channel - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a Relationship Manager in Direct Channel
Job Roles and Duties :
- Lead-based work, which is assigned by banks
- Organizing sales visits to interested customers
- Showing and presenting suitable insurance policy
- Maintaining accurate records of existing bancassurance customers
- Reviewing your sales performance of yours and setting a goals
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual goals
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 1 to 2 + Years of work experience in sales in any sectors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly motivated individual
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
