Relationship Manager - Customer Service - Loan (1-4 yrs)
Job description:
- Manage existing partnership by engaging them on a regular basis, sending timely performance summary and resolving escalations.
- Establish new partnerships with study abroad admission companies/consultants/wealth managers/connectors.
- Fetching student queries for loans (from Education Consultancies) on a daily basis and then coordinating with the operations team to get their loans done.
- Conduct field marketing initiatives to expand our reach and engagement.
Job Specification :
- Must be good in communication (Language - English, Kannada)
- Analytical skills will be perk

Office Timings : 10 AM - 7 PM (With alternate Saturdays off and Fixed Sundays Off)
Academic Qualifications : Any graduate
