Relationship Manager - Customer Service - Education (1-5 yrs)
Job description :
1. Manage existing partnership by engaging them on a regular basis, sending timely
2. Performance summary and resolving escalations.
3. Establish new partnerships with study abroad admission companies/consultants/wealth managers/connectors.
4. Fetching student queries for loans (from Education Consultancies) on a daily basis and then coordinating with the operations team to get their loans done.
5 Conduct field marketing initiatives to expand our reach and engagement
- Must be good in communication (Language - English, Kannada)
6. Analytical skills will be perk
