Relationship Manager - Customer Service - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Provide daily client support, manage that support, and troubleshoot complicated client problems.
= Support your clients and manage their communications well.
- Support your customers and manage their communications well.
- Team members should receive leadership and mentoring.
- Offer suggestions for ongoing service improvement.
- Identify and drive the delivery of new requirements solutions for the client.
- Solve and manage project-related operational problems and system inquiries.
- Address regular queries and issues while referring more challenging ones to higher levels.
- Solve issues and create persuasive arguments.
- All new client relationships are reviewed and approved.
- Examine and comprehend the governing documents for the client's relevant operational flows.
- Examine applications to see if any necessary documentation is missing from the Community Partner file.
