Relationship Manager - Current Account (2-3 yrs)
Job Summary: As a Current Account Relationship Manager your primary responsibility is to manage and grow the bank's relationships with its current account holders.
Job Purpose: The main purpose of a Current Account Relationship Manager is to provide exceptional customer service and manage the relationships with current account holders of the bank.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of current account customers and ensuring regular contact is made to maintain and enhance relationships.
- Offering customized banking solutions to current account holders, including investment advice and wealth management services.
- Identifying new business opportunities and working towards achieving business growth targets.
- Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively identifying and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
