Job description :
1. Sourcing of new Corporate accounts from the open market for Loan/credit advancement purpose,
2. Obtaining their KYC Documents and other financial papers.
3. Corporate products : OD, TL, WCDL, PCFC, LC, BG etc, mainly Bills discounting facilities - Sales, Purchase, Export.
4. Managing customer accounts, once on-boarded to Shinhan Bank, Follow up with them for recovery also.
5. Liaise with the underwriting/Ops team to ensure tracking of files from sourcing to disbursal.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs in defined TAT .
