Relationship Manager - Corporate Salary - Bank (3-7 yrs)
Position Title: Corporate Salary Relationship Manager (CSRM)
Job Purpose: To acquire salary accounts from key corporates and cross sell multiple banking products
Key Accountability: The key accountability CSRM is onboard new relationships and get quality salary accounts.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new corporate relationships for sourcing salary accounts
- Sourcing of quality salary accounts from corporates focusing on senior employee relationships
- Managing portfolio, Salary Credits, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF, Credit Cards etc.
- Participate in corporate induction and migration events
- Resolve salary account related queries within stipulated time & provide feedback to supervisor.
- Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing current account relationships
Preferred Qualification and Experience: Graduate/post-graduate with min 4-5 years of relevant experience
Core Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ready to travel and goal oriented
- Must be a good listener and presenter
- AMFI & IRDA certification is preferred
Technical Experience and Competencies:
- Deep Banking knowledge
- Computer Skills and digital knowledge
- Good network in the market
