Relationship Manager - Corporate/Mortgage Finance - NBFC (3-10 yrs)
Relationship Managers- NBFC ( Corporate Finance) - Delhi/ NCR/ Chennai/ Mumbai/ Bangalore for a very large and renowned NBFC headquartered in mumbai. Seasoned professionals dealing with corporate financing portfolio from financial services with minimum 3 years of experience preferably in real estate or construction finance experience are preferred. Retail finance professionals also with good understanding of corporate financing may respond urgently.
- Expand Corporate finance portfolio in the assigned zone
- Develop and maintain relationships with CFOs of corporates (builders/ developers)
- Market penetration and expansion
- Competition activity tracking
- Due diligence to minimize risks of defaults
- Follow through company's credit and risk policies
- Coordinate with credit and risk assessment department for mortgage
- Can look at 3 yr experience also provided he has good contacts with HNI clients with good understanding of Mortgage product.
