Criteria :
- Should have good communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same domain.
- Should be comfortable doing Field Work and attaining meetings with respective clients.
Job Responsibilities :
- To identify and impanel business partners with the relevant customer base.
- To manage Business partner activation & ensure adequate flow of leads to meet business targets.
- To monitor the quality of business sourced through BPs and to ensure penetration of all products, as well as help, evaluate the commercial viability
- Devise campaigns to incentive/rewards with proper approvals from stakeholders to achieve the targets set by a business head in terms of a number of active partners acquired & retained, amounts mobilized of products sold, the persistence of SIP
Salary : up to 5 Lac P.A. CTC
