Job Description :
- The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring BIL business from them.
- The incumbent will source business in line with company policy and ensure compliance.
- The incumbent will be responsible for quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection.
- Extensive knowledge of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trends will be added advantage.
- The incumbent should have good networking and relationship building skills.
- The incumbent has to be target oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks.
- To identifying the need of changing market trends, channel development.
- Preferably good knowledge of market & BIL product.
