Job description :
1. To enhance the productivity and profitability of the business through a well defined sales process.
2. To control the business effectively and efficiently and make it more institutionalized rather than individual driven.
3. Standardize the services for all eligible clients and service as per client's profile/category.
4. To project proper targets / business volumes and achieve the same.
5. To acquire business as per the company policies and work as per instructions of the management.
Required Candidate Profile :
- 0 to 01 Year of experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Management and leadership skills
Salary: Up to 2.00 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Others
