Relationship Manager/Branch Sales Officer/Sales Manager - Bancassurance & Alliances - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
We have working with some of the top names in the Life Insurance sector. We are scouting for Relationship Managers/Branch Sales Officers/Sales Managers - Bancassurance & Alliances, in locations across India.
Profile - Relationship Managers/Branch Sales Officers/Sales Managers - Bancassurance & Alliances
Location - Pan India
Experience - Minimum 2-3 Years in Bancassurance Sales/Branch Banking/TPD
Salary - Upto 4.5 LPA
Reporting to - Regional Head/Area Manager
Age - Age Limit: 24 years to 40 years.
Other - Candidate should be an excellent team player with leadership qualities & good communication skills.
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Train the sales force
2. Support sales force in terms of pre- and post-sales
3. Drive sales across customer segments and meet business targets
4. Joint calls with sales force for product support
5. Work actively with sales force to generate leads
6. Ensure activation of sales force on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis
7. Drive productivity by right advising of life insurance solutions, bundling the offering
8. Measure penetration across Relationship manager client base/branch base
9. Update lead management system
10. Engage in customer awareness program
11. Create mindshare across branch leadership team
