Relationship Manager - Branch Sales - Bank (1-3 yrs)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients

2. Will be responsible for primarily selling Equity based investment products.

3. Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.

4. Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.

5. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as an when required

1. Graduate / Post graduate with 1 - 3 yrs exp in direct selling of financial products from any financial services industry.

2. Should have good communication & presentation skills.

3. May have good existing client relationships in the market.

4. Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.

5. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills

Broking sales :

- Graduate with 6 months to 2/3 years- experience of selling demat accounts in open market. Demat sales experience in open market is mandatory

- Book will be provided, but eventually they have to source leads from market on their own
