Relationship Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
This is an opening with a leading Bank.
- Ability to cross sell products - 40% of the KRA is to sell Insurance; 30% Investments; 10% assets and the rest are TPP.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Be able to move in the field (across Delhi NCR) as per the business need
- The main focus of RO is to cross sell the products and acquire more business from the Corporate individuals.
- It is an entire Relationship based role, so candidates who have an experience of dealing with Corporate HR, Finance teams are the best suited here.
- Age must be under 30 years
- Candidate background - 1st preference is Banking only, followed by Insurance & Securities.
