Job Description
Profile: Relationship Manager.
Shift: General Shift.
Salary: up to 23k.
Eligibility: Graduate or MBA (Minimum 1 Year of experience)
The JD for the RMs are as follows
- Building and maintaining relationship with RMs, staff of RMS, BMs and Branch staff
- Helping the RMs to review the card performance for his regions
- Visiting branches on daily basis in discussion with RMs to drive sales volume
- Working closely with the sales team (BRE, BRM, and UM) to drive the business volumes from the Branches
- Arranging training of the Branches on products and policies of SBI cards
- Resolve/coordinate the customer/Branch staff complaints/queries from the Branches/ RM/ RM staff
- Providing the daily MIS to the Branches and RMs and also work on the R&R for them
Kindly Note :
1. RSM will conduct the Final round of interview for shortlisted candidate.
2. Candidate needs to carry experience certificate and salary slip in an interview.
3. Salary will be 20-23K for an eligible candidate.
Qualification :
- Graduate and above or MBA
- Good communication skills
- Relationship management skills
