Experience: 2-3 years experience in Sales in
Financial Services/Education/MFI/Mortgages/SME loans/Insurance
Location: Bangalore
Date of Joining: Immediately
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management - Achieve disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity.
2. Marketing Management - Plan and execute marketing campaigns for loan products and generate revenue from it. Also work on activities to build a brand image of the company.
3. Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with customers with the help of loan products and beyond loans initiatives
4. Profitability Management - Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch through managing costs and building a superior quality portfolio.
5. Delinquency Management - ensure zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections.
6. The job would require visiting spoke locations for business development; so, regular road travel will be very much a part of the routine.
