Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Life Insurance (1-7 yrs)
We are hiring for Relationship Manager in Banca Channel
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Age: 22 Years - 35 Years
- Male and Female both can apply
- Good Communication Skill
- 1 Year above Work experience in Banking or Insurance field
Role and Responsibilities:
- Establishing & strengthening relationship with Bank branch manager & staffs to gain leads
- Prospecting & meeting walk in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysis
- Increasing bank's customer awareness about Life Insurance products and achieve the targeted penetration on cross sell within the branch's customer base.
- Delivering consistently on Goal Sheet parameters
- Ensure compliance to internal sales process & other defined sales & service standards
Work Timing : 9 AM - 6 PM
Work Off : Saturday : Sunday + Banking Holidays
Salary : 3.5 Lac + High Incentives + Travelling + Other Benefits
