Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Job description :
- Develop a new market strategy.
- Work on leads given by the bank.
- Build a good relationship with the walk-in customers.
- Conducting Quick Need Analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales process & other defined sales & service standards.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches.
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the Bank channel partners.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- 100 % Lead-Based Inside Sales of Life Insurance.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Sales/Marketing and 2 years in the BFSI sector
- CTC: Up to 2.60/3.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Age: 21 to 35 years
- Education: Any Graduation
- Candidate: Local Candidate
- Good Communication skill
