Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Sales Manager / Banca Channel.
Location - Delhi.
Function - Bancassurance.
- Overall responsibility of driving business through Bank branches in the Region.
- Team Handling.
- Driving insurance target from Branch.
- Developing new products and processes for distribution of BAGIC products.
- Cross sell G.I products to existing/new customers of Bank.
- Regular visits to Bank branches across the Region.
- Escalation and grievances handling of customers and employees.
- Train BAGIC team and monitor training of Bank Sales team for BAGIC products and process.
- Mentor and monitor teams and motivate them to push hard for pushing GI.
- Coordination with internal channels of BAGIC on products, process and roll outs.
- Maintaining good relationship with Bank Heads and teams for pushing BAGIC.
Any Graduate/ MBA will be preferred.
2+ years of prior experience, with min of 1 years experience in managing a team as a Team Leader.
