Relationship Manager - B2B Sales - FinTech (2-5 yrs)

- Be the face of the company with SME Business owners

- Building relationships with SME businesses across sectors

- Persuading small businesses to avail financing through our platform

- Training & onboarding SMEs on the technology platform

- Driving user engagement on an ongoing basis

- Contributing to the company's business and product strategy based on research & feedback from small businesses

- Contributing to the day-to-day running of the company

- Consultative Selling experience would be an advantage

- Lead generation experience is good to have

- SME sales experience preferred

- Must have 2+ years of experience in SME sales with an internet startup

- Preferably someone from fintech startups with SME sales experience

- Lead generation experience is good to have

- Ability to build a strong network in the SME market

- SME sales experience

- Need to be fluent in Bengali/ Gujarati/ Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malyalam

- Max CTC 6.5 LPA
