Relationship Manager/Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales - BFS (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Reaching predetermined sales targets.
- Assigning personal goals to each member of the sales team.
- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates on outcomes as needed.
- Supervising the sales team's performance and activities.
- Organising lead generation in tandem with marketing.
- The continuous education of your sales staff.
- Building your sales staff via guidance, education, and motivation regarding the product.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 4 LPA
- Good communication skills
