Profile - RM AGRI (BUSINESS GROUP)
Position Responsibilities
1. To meet the allocated direct agri targets, Identifying and sourcing potential pledge customers
2. To maintain disbursement productivity on month on month basis
3. To organize Gram Sabhas / Gram Sabha Fairs at regular intervals. To maintain relationship with farmers, aggregators and input dealers
4. Portfolio Management: To ensure robust portfolio is maintained
5. Maintain delinquency levels
