As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
- Developing a thorough understanding of clients' needs and providing them with customized insurance solutions
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling insurance products to clients
- Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Handling client inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance products and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales, and other relevant data
- Collaborating with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
Qualifications :
- Minimum graduation should be complete
- At least 1 Year Ep. In life insurance industry
- Strong interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed.
