Relationship Executive/Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-11 yrs)
Job Description :
As a Relationship Executive at Life Insurance company, your primary responsibility is to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones.
Your key responsibilities may include :
- You will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to potential customers. You will need to understand the customer's needs and recommend policies that fit their requirements.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- You will need to keep in touch with them regularly, address their queries, and provide excellent customer service.
- You will be responsible for handling customer grievances, resolving complaints, and providing after-sales service to policyholders.
- You will need to ensure that all policies sold are in compliance with the company's policies and regulatory requirements.
- You will be responsible for reporting your sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information to your superiors.
- You will need to continuously update your knowledge of the insurance industry, the company's products, and sales techniques.
Requirements :
- Minimum graduation must be complete with 2 year experience in any sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
