Relationship Associate - Sales - BFS (1-2 yrs)
Job description :
- You will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing sales opportunities with existing and new customers. The role involves a high degree of interaction with potential and existing clients, as well as with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development.
- Meeting Daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
- Researching prospects and generating leads
- Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
- Assisting with generating new business
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Collaborating with internal teams
Job Specification :
- Must be good in communication (Language - English, Hindi)
- Analytical skills will be perk
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong customer service orientation
Office Timings : 10 AM - 7 PM (With Fixed Sundays Off)
Academic Qualifications : Any graduate
Location : Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Compensation : upto 3 lpa + Performance based incentives
