Relationship Manager - CASA Acquisition

CTC Upto : 6 Lakhs

Location : Bangalore

Job Responsibilities :

- Identify sales opportunities for both the Bank and third-party products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships focusing on premium segments (defined as Burgundy Private, Burgundy and Priority for Savings Account & CA Business Classic, CA Business Privilege, CA Channel-1 and CA Club 50 in Current Accounts except Individual Current Accounts).

- Manage business relations with onboard customers to increase the depth of existing relationships and maintain the True Value Relationship.

- Responsible for co-own the relationships for first three-month post account opening, while also ensuring that a defined SOP is followed to handover the customer to mapped Relationship Manager for further nurturing.

- Ensure early cross sell to newly acquired Customers, thus ensuring that there is PPC expansion leading to higher wallet share of customer. The aim is to become Primary Bank for the customers so acquired, thereby generation of revenue by way of cross sell.

- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization monthly.

- Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.

- Be a mentor to the Sales Executives in the mapped SOL IDs to see an increase in the premium mix of accounts sourced by the SEs.

- Work extensively with the Sales Manager of the Branch to explore the opportunities available in the MSD.
