Relation Manager - Sales - Banking (0-1 yrs)
- Update the customer lead in company's internal portal or any other Partner's software and be responsible for its closure
- Act as a representative of Welfund between Financial Partner & Customer
- Working with team to define and acquire merchants/banks; lenders/Fintech & FIs & DSAs to manage relationship with them on ground level
- Planning for the consistent growth in key business metrics in line with company objectives, as well as providing an accurate monthly forecast of opportunities.
- Work with marketing, customer experience & other teams to plan & execute promotional activity
- Develop a feedback loop to ensure constantly improving experience for partners
- Collaborate with other team members to work on the inbound customer lead
