Job Description :

- Handling of incoming/outgoing inquiries from toll free, just dial, website,advertisement etc.

- Solving queries on call for incoming leads

- Calling up clients as per the inquires & fixing up appointments with the client for presentation.

- Forwarding this appointment to the concerned sales person as per the region and area.

- Checking the status of presentation done and take feedback after the appointment done

- Solving the queries post presentation (if any)

- Taking Enrollment follow ups from client through the help of center feedbacks

- Taking Follow ups from the centers on weekly basis

- Giving telephonic presentation to the client

- Enrolling clients on the phone (as per requirement)

- Maintaining month reports and analysis of the same
