Regional Visual Merchandiser - Retail (2-5 yrs)
- Responsible for executing Visual Merchandising related programs at the Store level
- Coordinate with Corporate Marketing for relevant merchandising needs
- Coordinate with vendors for execution of VM plans at the Stores
- Manage store pre-opening projects in regard to fixture and merchandise delivery as well as directing implementation of presentation
- Development of store specific presentations, in regard to flexing merchandise concepts and implementation of Plano grams
- Communicate to the Retail and Field team on seasonal overviews and highlights of each new collection
- Provide clarification and direction to stores regarding presentation
- Identify field opportunities and needs
- Manage the visual merchandising budget, maintain the ongoing inventory of store fixtures and manage the placement processes
- Graduate preferably from a design institute with a minimum of 2 / 3 years of experience in executing VM projects for retails and entertainment spaces
- Exposure to design application software like Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Corel is preferable
- Visualizing skills in 3D form and reproducing in real is a must
- Good knowledge of materials and forms
