Job Description
Minimum 10 years of experience as RSM/ZSM and should have done UBL sales with DSAs / Channels .
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned zone to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives and DSA partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure the achievement of targets.
- Implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and incentive programs to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs and identify opportunities to onboard new partners.
- Collaborate with DSAs to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and feedback.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and untapped markets within the assigned zone.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the DSA vertical.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
