Currently hiring for a Regional Sales Manager for a NBFC

Product: Used Commercial Vehicle

Base Location: Chennai

Experience 10 - 12 years of experience in handling sales & collections (Preferably in Commercial vehicle finance)

Job Purpose

This role is responsible to understand the strategic business plan and translate objectives into tactical action plans. Also responsible for designing, developing and implementing marketing and sales campaigns, employee motivation and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Functional Responsibilities Identifying and networking with Key Strategic customers, Dealers, Manufacturers, retail brokers & alternate Channels

- Devising & effectuating competitive sales programs/strategies to improve the product awareness and ensure enhanced brand visibility

- Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for AMs/TMs/Fos, monitoring the performance towards individual targets & business goals

- Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction

- Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations

- Drive and Implement Sales strategy to deliver Net Income in compliance with organization's goals

- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed, Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets

- Liaison with credit, risk, operation & IT department for seamless execution of finance schemes & implementation of new policies

- Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio

- Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work

- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales
