Position Title: Regional Sales Manager - North (1) Department: S&M

Reporting: Country Director - Strategic Business

Location: Gurgaon

Position Overview:-

This position is accountable for achieving the part of regional sales and profitability goals in telecom enterprise products domain. This role provides direction and leadership to the sales staff while responsible for the customer satisfaction and market share within the regional geography.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-

- Achieves the part of regions revenue and profitability

- Achieves the Individual and team target

- Responsible for the part of regions forecasting and sales tracking

- Able to analyze regions communication needs, design and present customized communication solutions the clients

- The Job would include generating new prospects, making sales, ensuring deployment

of the equipment and final closure of the business

- Leads the sales and presales staff, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring, team development and career development

Qualification/Competencies/Position Requirements : 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Proven leadership skills

- Supervisory or management experience, preferably sales/presales staff

- Working knowledge of telecom enterprise, networking, network management system,

convergence products within an assigned sales territory

- Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel as required by role

- Should be a go getter and be able to generate enquiries and business

- Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft office applications and SAP

- Its team handling role

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor of Engineering with Electronics and Communication and Master Degree in Business administration with 14 to 15 years of experience in Enterprise telecom or related products with team management experience.

Age: Below 32-38 years

CTC: 13-15LPA at 70:30 ratios depending on the candidate.
