Regional Sales Manager - Telecom (11-14 yrs)

- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, telecommunications.

- At least 12-14 years- Sales experience in Telecom market especially in Service Provider Market

- Strong oral and written communication skills in English; Strong negotiation and communication skill.

Other Requirements :

- Honest, self-disciplined, highly self-motivated, well organized and true team member.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Good knowledge of commercial terms should have good deal closing track records.

- Responsible for setting the vision for the Region and develop the business plan & Sales Strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability for Service Provider segment in Western Region of India and SAARC Countries.

- Execute the action plans, for effective sales leads and prospects.

- Assist in the development and implementation the marketing plans as needed.

- Responsible for the regular and timely reports about forecast, marketing activities.

- To maintain maximum profit margin.

- To prepare the techno-commercial proposal.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are implemented.

- Provides quality leadership for Spirent's customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Spirent's values at all times; inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.

- Achieve the annual quotas for Spirent products as they are sold into any customer segments within Region. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth.

- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effects current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operation.

- Responsible for account penetration, identifying sales opportunities, establishing relationships with key decision maker of target customers and managing the sales process within the accounts.

- Efficiently manage the ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS in Western Region and also SAARC countries.

- Should have an effective relationship with Key decision maker within the accounts.

- Should be good in 4C's - Create, Cover, close and collect.

- Should have the good knowledge of technologies Ethernet, Wifi, SDN/NFV, LTE/FTTX, and Security.

- Should have basic knowledge of Wireless technologies and networks like 2G/3G/4G
