Urgent Job Opening for Regional Sales Manager (Technical Sales) with one of world's most reputed brand in navigation/GPS/tracking devices majorly used by Defense/Govt. Organisations across the world.

Designation : Regional Sales Manager- Marine/Consumer Electronics

Key Accountabilities :

- A person will be Responsible for Navy, Coastguard, Shipyard, Dockyard Business in India.

- He will have to introduce and Register company in all above-mentioned Govt. department and make the strategy for getting business from above mention govt. customers as per our company product portfolio.

- Actively seek out and obtain new accounts through research of the market to identify target customers, their current product offerings, establish clear priorities and recommend the strategy necessary to obtain their business.

- Attends trade shows, buying group events and other related functions to increase market and customer development.

- Visits customers on a regular basis to maintain a strong relationship and inform them of new products and product transitions. Provides product training as necessary

- Manages independent sales representatives to best support and grow the business in their assigned territory. Ensure they perform in the best interest of the company and achieve desired results.

- he will have to create a vision for the Marine business of the company in India and execute their plans to get the Marine business of Garmin in Navy Coastguard, Shipyard, and Dockyard.

- Provide business plans and sales forecasts as required.

- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports

- Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on retailers, distributors, catalogers and other customers relative to our business.

Required Qualification :

- 3 to 5 Years- Experience in Sales with Technical Knowledge.

- Graduate & Post Graduate (B-TECH, BE)

- Experience in consumer electronics sales and marketing with emphasis on two-way radio knowledge a plus

- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels, including with local communities, government agencies, and the scientific community

- Required skills and competencies

- Proven leadership skills
