Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Candidate should have an experience in Solution selling i.e. IT Infrastructure management services

- Candidate should have developed new accounts and managed existing accounts

- Capability to translate the customer business issues into IT Infrastructure requirements

- Engage with the customer, identify triggers, Identify key IT issues which impact the business and make recommendations to the customer.

- Build and develop the business case, provide relevant and sound business & technical advice to the customer.

- Good conceptual knowledge on IT Infrastructure (Server / Storage / Network / Middleware etc. & IT Service Management)

- Exposure to delivering consulting projects.

- Together with the solution engineering team, interface and negotiate with the customer and their consultants.

- The high degree of commitment and goal orientations is a must.

- Should have a great attitude towards work and must be willing to adjust with the demands of a high-pressure job.

- Potential to build, maintain and lead Services Sales in the respective geography.

- Be accountable for all Pre-sales / Sales initiatives and activities.

- Strategically prepare the Annual Business Plan in line with the Practice's goals and objectives.

- On the top line and bottom-line for the practice.

- Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote company brand and establish strategic relationships.

- Generate and submit Sales MIS reports periodically.

- Identify current trends / threats and recommend possible solutions and new opportunities.

- Track and ensure on periodic basis that the goals are achieved as per the stipulated time frame.

Requirement :

- 14+ Years in Experience in Selling in Cloud Services and Solutions, IT Security/Network Security/Embedded Systems, Cloud Computing, Mobility - Solutions and Services Selling - Any Vertical

Education qualification : Bachelor or Post Graduate in Engineering, Arts, Science, Commerce with Post Graduation in Business Administration.
