Work experience :
- Around 2 years to 6 years of relevant work experience in Regional Sales Engineer
- 2-4 years of experience in external sales within a corporate setting
- 2-4 years of experience in material handling projects.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
- Strong customer knowledge for Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh
- Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
- Ability to travel at least 40% of the time
Job Profile :
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, accomplishing targets
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
- Shall be reporting to Sales Manager
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends in respective region
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Track, analyses, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop a plan to fulfil them
- Focused on month-end and year-end close processes
