Regional Sales Manager - Smart Devices/Smart Lighting (8-10 yrs)
We are looking for experienced professional from Retail & B2C background having experience of sales with following minimum requirement: -
Minimum 5-year experience in distribution and channel sales.
- Experience of handling regional sales i.e. North/South/West India.
- Preferred industry experience: Home Improvement & Home Hardware, Gadget like Amazon devices/smart devices, smart lighting,
- Proven track record in sales & Distributor/Retailer management.
Selected candidate will be required to: -
- On-board & manage Distributor/Retailers across Region for newly launched new age IOT based & technology products.
- Reporting to vertical sales head at HO.
- Ensure execution of plans for distributors & retailers on-boarding of assigned Region.
- Maintain display Hygiene at POS.
- Ensure product awareness & training to distributors and retailers.
- Communicate schemes to channel & ensure execution.
- Team management of assigned region.
- Achieve top line numbers and assigned monthly Primary, Secondary & Tertiary targets of assigned region.
