Position : Regional Sales Manager (RSM).

Location : Delhi

Working days : Monday to Saturday.

Timing : 09.30 am to 6.30 pm.

Experience : 9 - 15 Years.

Job Description :

As a RSM the individual shall be responsible for :

1. Setting up the distribution network in-charge in the territory assigned

2. Being the sales generator and Sales mentor for his team

3. Recruitment to bring in the best and A+ talent on board

Direct salon distribution and key accounts management play the following roles :

a. Appointment, management and growth of distributors around India

b. Weaning out under performers from the distribution network and replacing them with better candidates

c. Signing up key accounts for distributors and the company depending upon a preset and pre-decided mapping

d. Provide field marketing support to the distribution network in terms of:

i. Training seminars and workshops

ii. In-salon trainings and product demonstrations

iii. Participation in trade shows and exhibitions

iv. Distributor events and get-togethers

Recruitment of :

i. Area Sales Managers

ii. Sales officers

iii. Junior & senior trainers

iv. Key account managers

v. Market activators

Achievement of the following sales targets as decided under the business blueprint :

i. Brand level sales targets

ii. Region level sales targets

iii. Key account level targets
