The Job

- Heading the Eastern Regional Sales, you will be implementing sales strategies to achieve the sales objectives for the region by setting reasonable yet ambitious activity & revenue targets, regularly tracking them, mentoring a team of sales professionals and equipping them to achieve & exceed those goals. Your work includes:

- Overviewing the portfolio of Key Accounts.

- Analysing sales trends to make course corrections in sales strategy with changing markets.

- Recruiting & building an aggressive sales team and forming a sales organisation that is prepared to win.

- Formalising sales growth roadmap.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the region.

- Monitoring proper trainings and product information updates provided to sales people and distributors.

- Coordinating with supply chain team and stock control activities with regards to sales cycles and delivery timelines.

- Managing critical sales process to close new business opportunities.

The Profile :

- You have proven experience within Regional Sales / National Sales or an equivalent role, and you have significant amount of experience within the Healthcare & Pharma industry.

- You have strong leadership experience along with good communication & negotiation skills.

- You have built successful sales organisations in your previous roles and you understand the minute details to be taken into account for making a high-performing team.

- You are a go-getter and an aggressive salesperson by nature who knows how to get things done.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are an excellent motivator and have a solid track record sales performance.
