Job Description :

Work Experience : 8+ years in sales, business development, operations, relationship building, strategic planning, channel management, & Team management in FMCG Sector.

Industry Preference : FMCG (Food/ Non-Food)

CTC : Negotiable

Job Responsibility :

- Candidate will be responsible for the development, execution of all long, medium and short term sales strategies and programmes ensuring growth via achievement of sales target and achieving the company's objectives

- Executing successful brand strategies and obtain leadership for Company Give Strategic direction to the Sales team to optimize the overall productivity and performance, ingraining the company values the company values in the team and aiming at making the company the best-managed company.

- Forecasting market size & segment growth in the region to develop effective strategies achieve desired sales, market share, and profitability in each of the segment.

- Take care of the complete channel distribution network for Northern regions.

- Provide strategic direction to the ASMs thereby driving growth for the respective channel.

- Annalise, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through RTM.

- Ensure effective New product introduction through effective RTM.

- Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization for Trade Marketing Resources.

- Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance, forecast accuracy.

- Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies effectiveness in areas of Customer Management/ Meeting Effectiveness and field implementation.

- Facilitate compliance with corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active communication and control mechanisms.

KEY SKILLS :

- Strong communication & negotiation skills and with an approach of leading.

- Should be handling ASM/Sr. ASM.

- Smart Knowledge of a particular area with good brand only.

- Should be open for traveling and should have good networking presentation and team management skills.
