Regional Sales Manager - Medical Devices (4-15 yrs)
Company Overview: Maveric Solution Inc. is a leading provider of advanced medical simulators, catering to medical colleges across India. Our innovative and high-value medical simulators play a crucial role in medical education by providing realistic training experiences to future healthcare professionals. With an average simulator value of INR 2.5 Crores per piece, we serve a diverse range of clientele, including central government colleges, state colleges, and private medical institutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Head to lead our sales efforts, expand our market presence across India, and establish a robust distributor network.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals for medical simulators in India.
- Forge strong relationships with officials within both central and state governments to navigate regulatory landscapes, funding opportunities, and procurement processes.
- Establish direct rapport with directors of medical colleges and owners of private medical institutions to understand their specific needs and promote our cutting-edge simulators.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team, overseeing recruitment, training, and ongoing development.
- Identify and recruit suitable distributors in every state of India, building a strong and reliable network to maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand positioning and effective lead generation campaigns.
- Leverage your leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team to consistently exceed targets and contribute to company growth.
- Employ your strong communication skills to deliver compelling presentations and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a robust CRM system to manage leads, track customer interactions, and facilitate effective sales pipeline management.
- Adapt and respond to new technologies and challenges in the medical education sector, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and customer support, to address customer feedback and continuously improve our products.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience with a focus on high value capital equipment, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets in a highly competitive market.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards common objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling sales proposals and presentations.
