Regional Sales Manager - Medical Devices (10-13 yrs)

Our client is a startup that will revolutionise the healthcare system in India, by providing world class medical infrastructure to enable affordable care across India.

Floated by a 1000 crore business group, the company has plans to introduce a range of medical equipment and devices, manufactured by internationally reputed organisations and marketing their products in India for the first time.

- To support the Business Head set up the Marketing & Sales strategy of the organisation.

- Achieve defined sales targets for the Region, both Quantity & Revenue targets and motivate the team to achieve their individual targets.

- Work closely with the Sales Specialists to understand the market segments for product positioning and maximize sales.

- To define Territory Specific Marketing Initiatives and Sales Strategies to ensure market penetration and demand generation.

- Understand Government Business and identify opportunities to gain entry into Govt Projects & Hospital Sales.

- Support the preparation of the necessary sales plans and issue progress reports on deliverables.

- Support Installation at Customer place and provide after sales support and requisite training to the users.

- Team Management and Regular Reporting - Planning, Monitoring, Appraising.

- Ensure that the customer requirements are well understood, defined, documented and that when translated into new designs of product that will generate revenues for the organization.

- Ensure collection of outstanding payments.

- To coordinate and follow up with authorized distributors to ensure clinician approvals are converted into orders, and supplies made in time.

- To monitor competitors activities and plan/implement counter strategy to protect market share and business growth.

- To identify new markets within one's territory, acquire new businesses, build trust with KOL's etc

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented properly.
