Regional Sales Manager - Medical Device/Pharma - North (10-18 yrs)

- Handle Institutional business from large accounts - Govt. and private

- Develop annual business plan for the region, with autonomy on deciding team structure & organogram, GTM & pricing strategy and execution plan

- Achievement of revenue/business targets for self and team

- Analysing competitive trends and market situation to identify best practices and growth strategies for business

- Recruit, lead and manage a team of Territory/State Business Managers. Responsible for their success and growth in the organization

- Nurturing and managing existing and prospective relationships with external stakeholders - KOLs, Key Customers and Channel Partners

- Drive a variety of marketing programs to build customer base and VOC

- Liaise directly with key stakeholders in the Ministry of Health and NITI Aayog to shape policies around healthcare and build advocacy for our products

- Work closely with business support functions to streamline internal processes

To fit this role, you must have:

- At least 6 years of experience in Healthcare Sales and Business Execution, with at least 2 years of experience in leading/managing teams

- Excellent relationship-building skills, interpersonal skills and team-handling abilities. Should be able to seamlessly hold conversations with CXOs, senior IAS officers & bureaucrats

- Openness to frequent travel (up to 70%)

- Hunger for new experiences. Fear of status quo.

- Great problem-solving skills, intellectual stamina and out-of-the-box thinking

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Leadership skills to build and manage large teams

- An obsession with numbers and strong analytical skills. Proficient in Excel

- High motivation levels and a can-do attitude to solving daunting problems on a daily basis while multi-tasking

- The drive to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

- The sense of responsibility to own your work from end-to-end and see it through to fruition

- An MBA degree is a good-to-have, but not a must-have
