Regional Sales Manager - Manufacturing Firm (14-25 yrs)
Key Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for leading a team of Area sales managers strategically planning sales targets and executing marketing and sales processes effectively in the demography assigned to the candidate to realize the company's vision.
2. Responsible for the growth of the company's sales and MLP points through retail channel sales partners throughout the zone.
3. Responsible for doing surveys and market research on a continuous basis to understand the mindset of mechanics by occasionally traveling with his teams in different regions of the zone.
4. Responsible for the company's sales growth by capturing market share and moving ahead of close competitors in the industry.
5. Responsible for taking regular review meetings of his teams in the hierarchy.
Mandatory Skillsets :
- Pleasing personality, excellent communication skills (proficiency in Hindi, English and local language), proficient in using Word/Excel/PPT, analytical skills, presentation skills, understanding of data compilation and analysis, understanding of automation tools in marketing and sales in the industry, a powerful trainer, a role model for his team, a professional with integrity and commitment, a great salesman who can sell anything easily, a good brand maker.
