Regional Sales Manager - LAP (AVP)
To set up team of Area Sales Managers and distribution through DMA/DSA channel partner network and create Portfolio of LAP in their market. Will be responsible for handling bigger geography / region and team of 5-7 ASM's.
1) Setting up the distribution network
2) Achieving the login and disbursement productivity target
3) Building quality portfolio in the market and ensuring zero delinquency
4) Work closely with the Axis Bank Branch team
5) Work in co-ordination with the Miro Mortgage team in generating leads
6) Need to work as a team with Cross functional groups
7) Identify, recruit, train strong sales team
Must have Work Exp 8-12 Yrs with Banks /NBFC and Dealing in LAP product. Should have good market connect with the DSA handling experience
