Job Responsibilities :
- Minimum 6 years of team handling experience in agency channel.
- Heading Agency Channel for Mangalore
- Leading a large team of managers/senior managers/branch managers and fos for generating new business through Agency channel
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives
- Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
- Meeting all sales target & recruitment target on month on month basis
- Motivating/guiding & coaching the sales team and making leaders
