Regional Sales Manager - LAP (10-15 yrs)
Seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager-Prime LAP to lead our sales team in NCR Region.
Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding customer base, and achieving revenue targets within the banking sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the region.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 15 years of sales management experience in Mortgage / LAP/ HL.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of banking products and regulatory requirements.
