Our client is a one-stop solution for SmartClass and AV solutions. They are a leading digital solutions company engaged in wholesale trading, retailing, distributing, and importing a wide range of products.

This digital solutions company is now hiring a Regional Sales Manager

The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.

- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.

- Managing a team of 1-5 people.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

- You have at least 6 years' experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the IT Services industry.

- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.

- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.

- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
